Hazards of Working

So Chad really has been doing pretty good at watching the kids while I work, however he had a bad day. And when Chad has bad days he really has bad days! Here is a list of the effects of Chad's bad day........................................(Beware pictures and stories are a bit frightening!)

1. While Chad's attention was elsewhere Mallory decided the best way to get that pesky knot out of her hair was to cut it out!! Yep, she cut her own hair for the 4th time!


I guess this sad event turned out pretty good though. Mallory and I went on a mommy daughter date and got our hair cut and got some really yummy ice cream! Here are the results!


We are now Twinners!!


2. Once again Chad's attention was diverted while Ben was in the bathroom alone. We are still not sure what happened but Chad suddenly heard screaming and found a very sad little boy with a very bloody eye! Poor kid!
We really thought for awhile he might need stitches and he might have but we decided not to take on the ER bill!



3. Mallory loves Cookie! (Thats our hamster in case you didn't know) She carries her around all day long! Well she decided to watch a movie with Cookie and I'm pretty sure she forgot mid movie that she had invited Cookie! All the sudden she realized that Cookie was no longer in her pocket! Cookie was on the loose!! I was not home to see this adventure and I only got Mallory's version on what happened and it involved moving furniture and Reeses (our puppy) sniffing Cookie out! I decided I didn't need to hear the full version!!!! Cookie is now safe and sound in her home, thank goodness!

Honey, I know you are doing your best and I am positive that these things would have happened with me there too, I am just having a little bit of a hard time adjusting to this new situation. I am always the one there for them when these crazy things happen and it was really hard for me to keep working while you dealt with these adventures. I appreciate all you do! I love you tons!
