Chad's mom came to AZ to visit us this week for Ben's 1st birthday, I am enjoying a break from some of my motherly duties since they are turning to her for everything! Here they are reading books together, as you can see Ben doesn't sit still for ANYTHING! He is quick at escaping! Chad's dad is joining us tomorrow for Ben's big day, this is sure to be a week of memory making! 
At least he has finally learned how to get off the bed safely! This seriously decreases the bonks and bruises he gets, considering he used to just dive off head first fearlessly! I knew that escape tactic couldn't last long!

Happy birthday to your little guy! I love when my mom or mother-n-law visits; it really does relieve some of the motherly pressure.
Shut up this second... he is 1?!?! Did we NOT just come visit you in the hospital in Orem a few months ago??
